How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

We want every homeowner who reaches Lookeddestroy Tree Service to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, please let us know. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens afterward. It is a general template and is not legal advice.

Topics You Can Raise

You are welcome to contact us about:

  • Your experience when calling or contacting Lookeddestroy Tree Service
  • The way your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
  • How a provider we connected you with behaved

If the Issue Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own quotes, prices, work and customer service. If you have a problem with tree work at your property, the usual first step is to bring it up with the provider directly and keep a written record.

We would still like to hear about it. Feedback on providers helps keep our network honest, and a provider who repeatedly falls short may be removed. Please keep in mind that Lookeddestroy Tree Service cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@lookeddestroy.garden and include:

  • Your name and the easiest way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you recall
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you would like

After You Write

We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into what happened, which may include speaking with the provider, and reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

Still Not Happy?

If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You can also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with licensed contractors, a state or local licensing office may be able to help too.
